I want delivery to be after 4 pm. No place to ask that on site that I could see.
Flowers were delivered early... Before patient went to hospital. I requested after 4 for fear they wouldn't be home. However, she received the flowers and said they were lovely. Thank you.
Easy to navigate website. The flowers are beautiful on the pictures,but the flower bouquet that we got did not look like the one I purchased. I asked for pink roses with yellow Lilies. I received red roses with lilies that were almost dying. I paid a lot and did not received what I wanted.

My daughter was very pleased with her "florist's chocie" plant arrangement I sent for her birthday. It was delivered within a couple of hours of ordering with no outragious fee. Only negative was there were no care instructions printed on the care instructions card which was included.
The plant arrived on time and my friend was pleased to receive it. I have not seen it so I cannot comment on if is what I expected.
This is my third gift basket for my grown children's birthdays and certainly won't be my last. Thanks for making shopping so easy and delivering such lovely and delicious baskets.
Great selection, however I chose same day delivery and when they still had not arrived at 7pm I went online and did a live "chat". I was concerned that the flowers might still be delivered at night and scare my mother-in-law. I was told that the merchant was closed for the day and they would be delivered the next day and my same day fee would be refunded. I was good with this, but then I got a phone call at 9:30 pm telling me that the flowers had just arrived! My mother-in-law said the person delivering them was very nice and luckily all went well. I just dont think they should have been delivered that late at night

I order flowers to be delivered and the website said it was; however the receipent never recieved the order. I was given a $20.00 gift certificate which I find to be unfair seeing how I spent more than $20.00. I had no choice but to reorder flowers again in hopes the person received them this time, because I can't spend the $20.00 on any other site. The rep I spoke his tone lead me to believe he really didn't care that the person didn't get there order.
