I ordered flowers and wanted the delivery of them to be a surprise to the person I intended them to be for. I had also asked for contactless delivery due to the corona virus. When the delivery was being done, the delivery person called me and said that the flowers had to be signed for and that there was no answer at the door yet. This forced me to call the person, ruin the surprise, and defeated the purpose of contactless delivery.
Also, the delivery was done through doordash which I had not been made aware of. When I received the call I thought it was a scam call or someone trying to get access to my house while I was out of town. The delivery person had not mentioned the flowers to me until much later in the conversation, they were just insisting on me to open the door.
The online experience was great, the actual delivery was not.
I received a photo of the actual bouquet that arrived & it was quite similar to the photo I reviewed upon ordering. Only the vase was different.
Pricing for delivery fees and taxes should be posted before the very last page so a different choice could be made if necessary without losing all of the other data entered...would be a hugh help.
I ordered Friday for Sunday delivery, and due to no local florist being open, they p my order on hold. They sent an e-mail, but I didn't get it until today. Now I have to wait 2 more days to get flowers delivered. I should of gotten a phone call that I'd have to change my order or your website should reflect what you can order for the zip code.
My daughter loved her flower cake arrangement flowers were fresh and fragrant.
I expected the sunflowers to be a bit bigger or more than there are in the bouquet. Also it to be delivered in a mason jar type vase. That is the reason I order them for my wife. For the price I paid for them just seems like a bunch of tiny flowers with the picture I seen I was expecting more sunflowers, bigger sunflowers and a mason jar vase.

I love how I was called to make sure I was the person ordering the flowers and not fraud. I just wish my flower arrangement was like the picture. I know some flowers are not available at times but I could have been notified. Other than that beautiful flowers.
I couldn't get confirmation of the delivery by chat. The person on chat said that due to covid they were having a hard time delivering. Why say this when you are trying to get business? It gave me no confidence that the order would be delivered. To my surprise it was delivered and I was pleasantly surprised.

The flowers I ordered including the vase that was delivered are not anything that I ordered. I paid almost $80.00 for 6 pink roses and some sprigs of flowers. It's ugly and the vase is to big for the amount of flowers and I am embarrassed. I realize that with this pandemic that you are limited with flowers but you should not have something posted that you don't have available. I want a refund and I will never order from you again.

I was satisfied with the site, price, floral designer option however while I realize it was same day delivery I thought the 'processing fee' was alittle steep and it didnt (that I saw) show up until check out. I needed them to get delivered that day and they were beautiful just wouldve like to know before I was in check out. I mean it was almost as much as the flowers. Still satisfied with the arrangement and so was the

The flowers went to the wrong address. My fault it was resolved. The over all value of the gift was far less than expected. The arrangement was not as colorful or beautiful as shown and it was very small for the price
I was under the impression the shipping was free could not find any place on the checkout page to enter the code FDEA. Love your products but would think twice about ordering again based on free delivery. Seventy dollars is al lot to ay for I don't even know how many cookies no matter how good.

Beautiful flowers but expensive handling charges
I like what you have to offer this was for my grandson who graduates this year? He called me and was thrilled thank you for making this a little easier for him.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
