Great experience. The delivery guy was given the wrong address (my mistake) and he was able to find the right house using visual markers given by myself over the phone. He was a great sport about it.
I ordered flowers for a friend who had lost her husband. A few days later, I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered. A month later, I asked my friend what she thought of the flowers I had sent her. She said she never received them. I called the business and they said they did not know what happened and would send them to her. They apologized and said they would upgrade my order. A few days later, I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered. I contacted my friend who said she never got them. I called back the business and told them again what had happened. I demanded a reimbursement and told them I would never do business with them again. Stay away from this business.

The recipeant "loved" the flowers, But I feel the total price was a little too high. What matters here is the person who received the flowers is "Happy"!
I know plenty of people who have ordered from you before and chose the florist design option and received beautiful pieces. Simple yet elegant. I feel that because a "special" was being offered and a discount was applied, my order was not treated with the same respect.

Shopping experience on internet site was good. I bought flowers listed as same day delivery to be delivered to a funeral home because family & friends gathered that night. The flowers were delivered at 7:55 pm just before the family were preparing to leave for the evening. The message I requested to be on the card was hand written not typed and was written so sloppy that it could not even be read so I was very disappointed with the delivery time & card but the flowers were really beautiful.

So I was pretty concerned wether the flower will be delivered in timely matter but I found out that they actually did and the person we had them delivered to just loved them. Definitely going to order from you again!

I assumed the picture I ordered from was the standard and I ordered the deluxe. Very disappointed there was way more greenery than flowers. Since I ordered the deluxe I expected an even more spectacular arrangement with more flowers than the picture and the arrangement was smaller and with less flowers than the picture. I also paid extra for the arrangement to be delivered before noon and it was close to 5:00.
Never again, I sent a gift $50, total $65 basket and got may $30 worth. Never never again! Never! Very upset! Thanks!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
