It was delivered so promptly and it was beautiful.
I didn't have any problems, but I was a little disappointed with the container that the plants were in. I was expecting the white metal container with the curly legs that was shown in the picture of the arrangement that I picked out. I got a plain white basket. The arrangement was beautiful and well done but I was just a little disappointed in the container because I liked the metal container better. The person who received it was very pleased. Thanks!

Everything was great except that no one rang the doorbell or knocked so the flowers were sitting outside for a couple hours even though the person they were intended for was home.
I paid for delivery before noon. It may have been delivered to the hospital by noon, but did not get delivered to the patients room until 2:00. No big deal.
