The arrangement was beautiful and well done but I was just a little disappointed in the container because I liked the metal container better. The person who received it was very pleased. Thanks!

Everything was great except that no one rang the doorbell or knocked so the flowers were sitting outside for a couple hours even though the person they were intended for was home.
I paid for delivery before noon. It may have been delivered to the hospital by noon, but did not get delivered to the patients room until 2:00. No big deal.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
