Ordering was quick and easy. They had to substitute products, and change my delivery time. Then the wrong arrangement was delivered, because the attached card was for someone else. The arrangement wasn't even close to what I ordered.
Not happy with the flowers, were wilting and falling down paid to much for that kind of services.
Ordering is very easy. I was a disappointed with the flower substitutions and vase substitutions since I ordered it specifically for the purple aspects of the arrangement. It really was not even close to what I ordered. I feel like they should notify you if it is going to be that different.

The color pattern I ordered was nothing like the color patter that was delivered. That would have been no problem if I didn't pay $50 for my order. Would have been nice to receive something similar to what I ordered.

The floral arrangement that was delivered does not at all match the one advertised online. It is far far worse and I feel I was lied to. I do not plan on using this service again. Delivery may be nice, but it's not worth suffering the loss in quality.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
