I quit using another company because I do not spend money to get flowers in a box. I thought I was purchasing through a local florist but it redirected to your site were my wife received a box. Also two of the roses were wilted by the time she got home. If you spend money the expectations are to be impressive. NOT A SHIPPING BOX.

This was a same day flower order for my daughter in law, when she sent me a picture of the flowers, she was happy about getting the flowers, although I thought the flowers looked a little aged and not real fresh. It seemed the arrangement photo I ordered was much nicer than the flowers she received.
We payed for the Deluxe. The arrangement was SUPPOSED to be a circle. It was more like an oval. The flowered were in VERY poor conditions. There were dead flowers as well. To top it off when calling to ask for refund or something they gave A LOT of hassle. This was for a funeral service for a loved one out of state. It sent such a poor representation. It looked horrible.
I wanted to say thank you in a special way, this fits.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
