The flower group delivered was not the item that we ordered.

I live in Southern California and I'm so Thankful that they delivered such beautiful flowers, just as I ordered, to my daughter for her birthday even when NYC is still under quarantine. You made her day and mine! Thank you

The picture on the NET was very much different from the flowers my daughter received. There were not enough of the purple flowers and no yellow flowers and only one lily.

Easy to use and they had exactly what I was looking for. They were delivered on time and were beautiful. Didn't like that I couldn't edit the date the flowers were being sent without going back to the begining. I also thought I was paying around $35.99 and when I checked out there was a shipping and handling charge of $14.99 + tax which sent the price up to $54. Just give the full price up front.

I wish the total was shown earlier and included all the added fees. My order went from $33 to $56 and I had no idea it would jump that much until I went through the entire order process. If you all fix the website, my experience would be a lot better.

My order was scheduled for delivery on my anniversary but did not show up until a day later. I understand the problems associated with the various coronavirus lockdowns but I would have appreciated some communication about any problems with my order. I received no information about any issues and thus my wife did not receive the flowers on our anniversary.

The shopping experience was fine. The delivery option did not make sense. I chose to deliver my gift the next day, but got charged with a same-day fee.

The flowers were so colorful and pretty. I am already thinking of making another ourchase in the future. I bought the rainbow flowers for a friends birthday and she recieved them on time!
