Very easy process to follow and great selection of bouquets to chose from and I understand that that flowers are limited and dependent on the season and time, but the picture shown was a beautiful full bouquet and the product that was delivered was half of the bouquet delivered.
The flowers were great but i asked for a birthday balloon and a congratulations balloon was sent.

Easy to use! Flowers and vase beautiful. The only issue was the incorrect balloon was delivered, it listed, 'Wedding Wishes', when it should have said, 'Happy Anniversary'. It was clearly stated in the card, 'Happy 43rd Anniversary'.
I ordered flowers for one of our employees and the flowers never arrived. I was tracking the order and the tracking showed out for delivery. Then an hour later at about 4; 00pm tracking said it was delayed. No one contacted me, I called 800 number and they had someone in CS taking calls who barley speaks english. She verified my info and said the order was going to ship next day Don't know what that was all about. The next day came and now tracking says damaged. I called and demanded a full refund. Which the rep did not appear to understand. I am totally dissatisfied and will never order from from FROMYOUFLOWERS again.

They was delivered a day later. And within 12 hours of receiving them they was welting and die off already.

Everything seems to work smoothly on the app. I still feel the delivery fee is too high for Florida where we have a lot of local flowers. The flowers received were in pretty good shape but not nearly as cheery as I had picked out (most were white instead of colored).

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
