I loved that the customer service would email me back fast, but i went home and was not satisfied with the flowers, they looked NOTHING like the ones on the picture, and i paid for the biggest size, dont think i would order from them again... They were for my mothers bday and she said i could of bought better ones at Kroger.

I have used fromyouflowers many times and been satisfied. This time, however, the roses arrived with blackened edges and the recipient had to throw them away the next day. Not sure what happened. I did contact customer service and received a $15.00 gift certificate and an apology. I will use this company again due to prior satisfaction.
I was ordering from my smart phone so I didn't see until the order was confirmed that there was a $15 delivery fee! I will never order from you all again solely based on that fee. Otherwise the service and product are great.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
