I paid for the "premium" and these flowers are awful? They are so small. I will gladly supply a picture. There is no way that these are premium! Or whatever the largest "best" size. I am so disappointed that I paid the extra money to get a so called top of the line product

I submitted a request to be informed of when the order would be delivered. The auto-response was that I would be notified within an hour...3 hours later I haven't received any notification. The order was delivered at 4:10 and my boss left at 4...she will just have to get the order in the morning. Hope the balloons hold up!
My client sent me a pic of flowers to thank me and they look nothing like the ones I ordered from the web site not even close and the bear was not cute either.

The overall experience was great! But when the flowers were recieved, i felt like there was too much greenery and not enough flowers, atleast compared to the picture online. Otherwise everything was GREAT!
You had problem finding florist for Centerville UT and ended up with one from Ogden UT. How would you have known that the closest florist would have been Salt Lake City, which is many miles closer. It didn't occur to me to give you this info. Good idea to ask for more info from customer when sending to small towns. Centerville is a bedroom community of SLC.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
