I believe I purchased a ribbon that said "Always in our Hearts" which cost an addition $5. I did not see the ribbon on the flower. The shopping experience was fine. However, I need to see my product tomorrow to determine if I will ever purchase from this site again. Thanks!
I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mother before 12pm (paid the extra cost); 1230pm she still has received the flower. I called FromYourFlowers and I was informed that the florist in my mother area stated that the flowers will be delivered between 2pm-4pm. I was highly disappointed due to the fact I had a reason for early delivery. All the company offered me was to refund the extra cost I spent and nothing more. Many can say it is not the company, but I disagree because the florist they use are unreliable in delivery. I guess it is best to continue with 1800Flowers, even though they are a bit more expensive, at least they never disappointed me. Attempting to save $10-$12 by using another company is not worth it. FromYourFlowers has ruined my moment in surprising my mother. I can only hope the florist will deliver between 2pm-4pm and the hopefully the flowers are in tact. I will never use FromYourFlowers again... Sadly I read the reviews after the fact. STAY AWAY! Do not waste your money, pay the extra cost with 1800Flowers.
The bouquet with vase was very pretty. I would of liked to have seen more options for vases on other arrangements.
Price was right and delivery was quick.

My mother loved the flowers. I ordered them for her birthday. They arrived on time. The downside was the handling charge. Luckily, I found a coupon online for free handling/service charge, however, I feel the $14.99 fee is too high, especially if the floral arrangement chosen cost approximately $30.00. That would make the service charge nearly half of the cost of the arrangement itself.
I have used FYF in the past and my experiences so far have been phenomenal. Please continue to provide excellent service!

I called Saddle Creek florist when I first received the order to express my disappointment. The lady at the florist stated she could not help me because I ordered the flowers through fromyouflowers.com. I have since tried to reach a representative by phone on three occasions. I have waited on hold at least 25 to 30 minutes each time calling. I never could hold long enough to talk to a representative. I have pictures of the flowers that I was supposed to get and the ones that were delivered. The flowers do not even look remotely close to the photo online. The only thing that looked the same is the vase. I am extremely disappointed and am deeply embarrassed because this was a bosses day gift.
I am back again! This "best deal bouquet" looked like someone who was not a florist put it together. The colors were ugly and unappealing. The flower choices were close to weeds. Certainly, I am disappointed this time around. There was no care given to the quality and beauty of the product.
The arrangement was delivered as promised. The recipient advised the flowers were beautiful!
