The time! I paid EXTRA for them to be delivered BEFORE noon, and they did NOT arrive until almost 1pm. If I decide to ever refer this company i will make sure to let people know that this company does NOT deliver on time, I had people WAITING at said location and they had to leave at 12, no later. That is completely inconvenient and unprofessional to make people pay EXTRA for earlier shipping and it is STILL late.
The flowers were pretty, but already browning and wilting.

I ordered my mother get well flowers because she just got out of the hospital and I wanted her to get them Saturday evening but she received them Monday around 11:30 am. I called the company a little after 6 because my mom hasn't gotten her flowers on Saturday by that time and I was on hold for a while which was annoying but anytime that happens it is annoying mafter where or what the reasoning is but then a guy called me back and apologized and gave me back some of my credited money because I paid for same day shipping and stuff like that and he was very nice about it. I'm happy with my overall delivery. Thanks!
It was a bit pricey for the quality of flowers received. They were fresh, but a little wilted-looking. HOWEVER, I will definitely order again because I always have a good experience.
The price online was $19.95. When I input the payment information it did not display the additional charges for rush and delivery. Had I known it was going to be over $30 -- I would have done something different. Website is misleading.
