I ordered my mother get well flowers because she just got out of the hospital and I wanted her to get them Saturday evening but she received them Monday around 11:30 am. I called the company a little after 6 because my mom hasn't gotten her flowers on Saturday by that time and I was on hold for a while which was annoying but anytime that happens it is annoying mafter where or what the reasoning is but then a guy called me back and apologized and gave me back some of my credited money because I paid for same day shipping and stuff like that and he was very nice about it. I'm happy with my overall delivery. Thanks!
It was a bit pricey for the quality of flowers received. They were fresh, but a little wilted-looking. HOWEVER, I will definitely order again because I always have a good experience.
The price online was $19.95. When I input the payment information it did not display the additional charges for rush and delivery. Had I known it was going to be over $30 -- I would have done something different. Website is misleading.

After receiving a picture from my recipient of the delivered product, it was not what had ordered. I paid for Deluxe and the regular was delivered. I was able to get it resolved and received a credit as well as a gift card. If I ever need flowers delivered again, I will use your services and hope for a better outcome.
