I placed my order from Canada as my sister lives in Ohio and i can not visit her during this covid19 era. So i thought it would be great to send them some sweets and boy you delivered, they called me and were amazed by all the chocklate they got in the basket. Thank you very much
I was happy to find a place that during this difficult time, could deliver the same day. I was also happy of the assurance to deliver with social distancing. There was an option to add chocolate to my order, which I did, but could not find a place that told me what chocolate I was buying. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase.

The prices are misleading I would rather know the total cost, rather than be surprised by an additional 15 charge at checkout. I appreciate the option to have same day delivery and don't mind paying for it especially because I am shown the additional cost when choosing this option.

I just received an email for the same item. In the email it indicated that I had a credit of $14.14 which I did not receive when I placed the order. Obviously I did receive free shipping but I doubt the shipping offsets the credit?

The flowers that were delivered were not as full as the ones pictured on the website. I don't feel that what our Mom received is what we were charged for. They were beautiful, just not as expected.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
