Quick and easy
This is the first time I heard of your site. The flowers were for my daughter's birthday. She just called to say she had received them. Although the packaging and the card were lovely, she said the flowers themselves left something to be desired. There was no greenery with them. Also, there was dirt on the leaves of some of the roses,and one looked wilted already. She said "Let's wait and see what they look like when they open", but I feel bad they were not what I had anticipated.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
