The flowers were delivered on time and the card what printed correctly. I was disappointed with the quality of the PREMIUM upgrade I requested. The flowers were not as fresh as I would have expected and did look wilted next to the other bouquet of Lilies. It looked like it had been sitting there for at least a day or 2 instead of freshly displayed.

Very displease with flowers. I upgraded to the middle grade arrangement, thinking that the arrangement would at least fill the vase. I could have gone by the supermarket and gotten a much better arrangement. There was no baby breathe or any filler to make the flowers standout. Just a handful of flowers in any vase.

Since I had the fruit basket delivered to someone in a rehab facility and I have not spoken with them as of yet, its hard to rate the satisfaction of the product that was delivered. Overall I was satisfied with the ease of ordering and the look of the product shown on the website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
