Three orders from me so far, all on very nice!
I liked the price until the very end when they slapped a 15.00 fee and another 5.00 fee. Made my order 20.00 more then price of 33.00. Maybe you should let clients know that 20.00 extra fee way before placing the order

Chose before noon for a delivery time as this was my parents 25th Anniversary and I wantedtk make sure they were home for the delivery. The delivery person called at 5:30 asking for directions to their lot in the mobile home park. Very very disappointed!

I ordered 18 beautiful long stem roses in purple my daughter's favorite color for her milestone birthday. They sent me confirmation they had been delivered but when I called her she had not received them. I called and was told how sorry they were but that they would upgrade my order to 24 roses free of charge and give me a 20% discount and assured me they would be delivered the next day before noon. Needless to say my daughter NEVER received the order and then the young lady had the nervw to get smart. I cancelled the order and demanded a full refund. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I could of bought flowers from a local store and walked them to her house instead of waiting for them to deliver.

I like the short suspense order, same day delivery. Currently in Afghanistan and internet isn't the greatest.
The birthday cake bouquet didn't look as nice as the picture on line. It was expensive and mainly daisy flowers used. Wish it were nicer.

I was told the flowers could not be delivered same day(as stated in the advertisement) nor the next day and it would have to be delivered on Monday. I specifically requested for the flowers to be delivered at 6:00 pm. I told the representative no one would be there to get them before 6:00 pm. But of course the delivery person did not follow those detailed instructions as I have requested to the representative I did not want them left on my porch. Which is why I provided a time of 6:00 pm when someone would be there to receive them. However, they were left there anyway. The presentation of the flowers along with the balloons and the box of candy are not to the expectation of the premium cost of $90. This was my first time using from you flowers.com and it will be my last. I am not happy with the product provided. Thank you
