I like the short suspense order, same day delivery. Currently in Afghanistan and internet isn't the greatest.
The birthday cake bouquet didn't look as nice as the picture on line. It was expensive and mainly daisy flowers used. Wish it were nicer.
Lovely bouquet
I was told the flowers could not be delivered same day(as stated in the advertisement) nor the next day and it would have to be delivered on Monday. I specifically requested for the flowers to be delivered at 6:00 pm. I told the representative no one would be there to get them before 6:00 pm. But of course the delivery person did not follow those detailed instructions as I have requested to the representative I did not want them left on my porch. Which is why I provided a time of 6:00 pm when someone would be there to receive them. However, they were left there anyway. The presentation of the flowers along with the balloons and the box of candy are not to the expectation of the premium cost of $90. This was my first time using from you flowers.com and it will be my last. I am not happy with the product provided. Thank you

I ordered 3 of the same arrangements for 3 different family members in several states away. They all received on time but the arrangements were substituted from what I ordered from online photos. Two arrangements came close and were acceptable. I was not given communication about the change or substitution on the one going to Dallas.It was not even close to the one ordered from online options. It was cheapened and that was disappointing.
The product was delivered on the wrong day. It was delivered on 11/23 when the date I requested was 11/30.
They charged me two delivery fees for two poinsetta's to the same address on the same day. $30 to deliver two potted plants. I will not use this company again

Next time I would like to know what type of chocolates you include.or if you could give choice. I bought a small box of chocolates but I had no idea what they were. My daughter loves dark chocolate so I would have preferred that. THese were milk.

The order wasn't what I thought I'd be receiving. I asked for large and got a medium. I recommend going directly to a local florist if you are picky about what you want for flowers.
