I sent flowers to my brother and sister-in-law for their 30th anniversary. It was a very pretty arrangement and similar to the picture on the web site. I believe it appeared to be a bit smaller than pictured and I was disappointed to see that though the picture showed 2 candles, the actual bouquet sent, only had 1 candle. Not a huge deal but I would hope that the product shown would be the product delivered. My sister-in-law was unaware of what I expected and she seemed very happy with the arrangement so that is all that really counts. Just thought you should be aware.

This is the second time that the arrangement was not what I ordered. After notifying them, the correct order was delivered. I like the idea that it comes from a local florist but they sometimes change the original order. You must be vigilant!
I'm not happy that I cannot send this centerpiece to Acton, MA. It looks very nice. The centerpieces that were sent to the 2 addresses in Waltham were absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely use your services again. The centerpieces were delivered from Watertown Florist and were beautiful

But I was not happy with the basket arranged I paid extra so the flowers would be fuller,I had the flowers come early so I an see how the looked before the day of the funeral, the casket spray was beautiful, I was very disappointed in the basket
