The ordering get process was easy. The delivery was on time, and the arrangement, we were told, was beautiful. Even though we received 10% discount, I did think it was a bit expensive overall.
The flowers and vase that were received did not look at all like the picture that I selected. The vase was clear (not pink), and the flowers were pale pink (not dark pink and purple) and much fewer than what was shown in picture.

Shopping experience initially seemed easy. I ordered same day delivery and the option to deliver before noon. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise anniversary gift to my wife at her work. Several problems occurred. The florist called her to see when she would be at her office. This completely blew the surprise. Secondly, they did not get delivered until around 2 p.m. that day. Thirdly, there was a $15 shipping/handling fee that I did not notice upon reviewing my receipt. I called your customer service and told the lady that the florist called my wife to see if she would be there. I have not heard of a florist calling first especially when delivering to a business. At first your CS denied that is was the florist they used, then, she tried to joke and say she was getting flowers from someone else? Either way, poorly handled. She offered to credit me the $5 before noon charge but no other apologies. It was a very disappointing experience.
