Big selection, easy to order.
Roxanne, the delivery person was so nice. She called me since my daughter wasn't home to receive the delivery. I gave her instructions for the apartment office for drop off. My daughter was so pleased with the gift. I would highly recommend and Roxanne was a sweetheart, making sure the order was delivered.

I ordered flowers with the option for expedited delivery before noon. At 1:30 I called and was told they were on the way. They did refund the additional charge. The flowers were unacceptable. Roses were brown around the edges, daisies were losing petals. Because I had ordered online they explained that they had to follow the recipe exactly. They offered to pick up the original arrangement and replace with a new one. The new arrangement is gorgeous. This time I left it up to them to decide on something lovely, and it was.

It was first time I have ever ordered flowers on line. Was surprised by the handling charge & called customer service to verify it was all correct. The service was very nice & gave me options which helped save me a little bit. Thanks for the pleasant experience. Will be a return customers.
Good flowers, quick times. Website is a bit hard to go through. Page after page after page kind of random order. It took a while to find one.
The mug had a smiley face on it witch I did not want. I did not see it on the picture on the Internet that I picked.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
