The flowers that arrived at the funeral home were an embarrassment. No beautiful white lily as was pictured. Just a bunch of greens with wilted purple flowers. So embarrassing!

I was disappointed with the service. My order was not delivered on the correct day. I paid for the (GUARANTEED) 4 hour delivery time on November 30th by 1:30pm. Not only did it not deliver on time, it never delivered at all on the 30th. Their by missing the Birthday date. I was offered a $20 credit and free delivery for a later date. Just so you know. Birthday Flowers are about the moment, not the money.

Ther "service/handling charge" came as an unpleasant surprise. The buyer should be forewarned about this as one expects this charge to already be included in the cost of the flowers.
