I am very upset and not happy at all with the service I received. I ordered flowers for my Mom's 75th Birthday which is today. I ordered them yesterday. I paid $4.99 extra so they would be delivered by noon. They were NOT delivered until 4:30 this afternoon. Not only that but when I called to check on them, the customer service rep didn't even apologize for the error. I had to ASK for a refund of the $4.99 I paid extra. All I was told is that he would call the florist, he put me on hold and came back on the line to tell me that he was unable to reach the florist. He said that he would keep trying and reach me back. NO CALL to say they arrived...nothing! There was ZERO initiative to take care of the problem. These flowers were $67.97, this is NOT the service I should have received.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
