Received the flowers, they were mostly white daisies, not yellow and it was not a yellow smiley mug but a blue smiley bowl.
My only concern was that I had no idea the delivery charge was so expensive and wish I knew that when browsing... I had to make a quick decision though because I needed flowers wicked last minute. I also thought the arrangement was going to be much bigger! According to the picture online, they seemed much bigger, especially considering the price, but the flowers were very pretty and my boyfriend's mother really liked them.

I think you should start including the "service/handling" price on your catalog. It's a little deceiving when you think you're going to stay within a certain budget and you're getting charged $15 on top of that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
