When the flowers were delivered to my sister they were nothing as show in the photo as I had chosen she sent me a photo and vase wasn't as nice the flowers were of darker colors and the fill ins were unattractive and the ribbon was horrible. I have always been very satisfied with my orders from you but apparently you chose a bad florist. And for $84.97 I truly expected much better especially being sent to her place of work.

Very good selection of products and reasonable prices. The only concern I had was that I didn't gt an order confirmation until I sent an email asking for it. Today I did receive an email saying that my order was delivered. Your survey asks if my order was complete but since I won't be there to see if I have to assume that it arrived and was as nice as the website showed it to be.
Makes shopping for flowers easier, they look great. A little pricey when all is said and done, but the difference is probably the same as gas to run around. Definitely fresh flowers, so that is a big plus.
I did not realize that there were other fees until checkout.

Was great that I could have flowers delivered so quickly to a grieving friend. The shipping costs were pretty steep though. And the displayed cost of the bouquet is misleading considering shipping is an additional $15.
This is my third order fromyouflowers.com and the experience couldn't be more simpler. The flower descriptions and arrangements are beautiful and the prices are affordable.
It says that I wasn't going to have a delivery fee and that the flowers were $31.oo and at the end they charge me more for the flowers and charge me the delivey fee

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
