I can't rate products and services as it won't be delivered until the 21 of December. However I did call customer svc. And Kim explained very nicely the bill.
Website very easy, however what my sister received was totally different.
I did not get the guaranteed time for delivery that I paid extra for. I had to call your company 3 different times to finally get my order delivered to the recipient as she was walking out the door to go home. The flower shop that it was sent did not have the things I ordered it was supposed to be there by 12 and did not arrive until 3180pm after I called multiple times very disappointed in this! I paid a lot of money for candy that came in a basket not a bucket as pictured I could have done it myself for the hassle that I delt with

Order was delivered for a friend's birthday. They arrived early enough that she could show them to all her friends as they came to wish her a happy day; and she enjoyed them for her entire birthday. They were beautiful, she loved them, and liked them so much she cried when she called to thank me.

Very easy to choose the flowers and place the order
The Christmas tree design was beautiful and looked just like the picture on your website. I ordered the lowest price arrangement and it looks delux!
I was satisfied with mostly everything with the exception that the ballon was a little bit deflated. The delivery guy was very attentive and courteous. The flowers and the teddy bear are of good quality.

The order was placed at around 2 p.m. on 12/1 to go to a church for a funeral with the visitation being from 6-8 p.m. The flowers did not arrive. We called around 10:30 a.m. on 12/2 and were told an attempt at delivery was made at 11 a.m. on 12/1 which isn't possible since the order had not been placed yet. However, the customer representative worked with us to contact the florist and the flowers did arrive for the funeral. The delay was not what we hoped for, but it was properly resolved, which we appreciate.
