Flowers are beautiful
So great! Delivery fee was a little pricey, but overall it was a great experience.
Not a very exciting site design or layout, and photos are poor quality. Functional, but that's where the usefulness of the site ends.

The shopping was fine. But I did not get a confirmation of delivery by or before noon, which is what I paid $4.99 extra for. However, The flowers were delivered to right person this time. So you're getting better. I tinker I'll count the blessing that it wasn't late & delivered to wrong person like last time. I sincerely doubt I'll use your service again. Two strikes is bout all tend to give a business, especially when the customer is suppose to be #1.

The flowers represented on the site was different than what I ordered. I also purchased the premium uprade and honestly was not worth nor what is represented.my wife sent me a picture of what she received and I was very disappointed.

I selected the "florist designed" flower arrangement for a congratulatory bouquet for my sister and it was delivered in a valentines vase. So that was a little weird. I assumed since I specified a "congratulations" card in the order that it would be along those lines. But not a huge deal.
Flowers had large brown spots allover
Too many fees,my girlfriend said the roses were dark,teddy bear and the box of chocolates were small.She was very disappointed in what I sent to her.never again will I buy from this site!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
