I selected the "florist designed" flower arrangement for a congratulatory bouquet for my sister and it was delivered in a valentines vase. So that was a little weird. I assumed since I specified a "congratulations" card in the order that it would be along those lines. But not a huge deal.
Flowers had large brown spots allover
Too many fees,my girlfriend said the roses were dark,teddy bear and the box of chocolates were small.She was very disappointed in what I sent to her.never again will I buy from this site!

Everything went fine other than the fact that I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before noon. The flowers didn't show up until about one o' clock, which isn't a huge deal, but I did pay extra for delivery guaranteed before noon.
Lower price would be great you give discount but then shipping is more than so no real savings
So you charge me a shipping and handling fee on top of expedited delivery. The flowers better get there before 1030 am and be in amazing shape.
Absolutely amazing product and service.
I was very very pleased with my online shopping experience. I was equally as pleased that my delivery arrived sooner than expected. My only complaint was the initial look of the flowers. They appeared slightly dingy, some looked 'worn,' if you can call it that. However, given sunlight and time- about 12 hours, they do look a lot perkier. So I'd say my experience was a little mediocre- but I would probably order again because everything else was fine.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
