The flowers were delivered today as requested but I was very disappointed with the freshness and quality of the arrangement. If this were a local shop I would return it and request a new bouquet. I choose this site because it was quick and convenient even though I think the service fee is high. I had the flowers delivered to someone at the same place I work or I would never have seen how disappointing the arrangement is. Very sad!
I was very disappointed with my order. The bouquet we received was pathetic compared to the picture on your website. I paid for the Deluxe arrangement, so it should have been very similar to the picture. However instead of looking full and beautiful, it looked scrawny and sparse. It may just be because of the local florist that you used, if so, I would NOT recommend using that florist again!
Fast easy and smooth transaction. The fruit basket was delivered promptly to a family who recently lost a loved one. They were delighted with the fruit. Very fresh.

I did not like the idea of being offered a reduced price when I left your website without making a purchase. The lowest possible price should be offered initially. Also I had a $13 credit which you would not accept because your company felt I received a good price.

This was the absolutely the worse online experience I've ever had. I ordered on Friday, February 4,2016 at 10am the All My Heart Bouquet which had pictured 4 large roses and 11 small roses in a heart shaped vase for $49.99 to be delivered on Monday February 8th to a business address. On Tuesday, February 9th I received a call from Customer Service that the local florist was putting my arrangement together didn't have the correct vase and if I would substitute another, which I agreed. On Wednesday, I called Customer Service at 6pm inquiring about my order and lack of delivery. After agent said they couldn't find a florist able to complete my order, it would be delayed. All they could offer was a 10% refund on the price and a coupon. I reluctantly accepted. The delivery finally occurred Thursday, February 11th at 2pm. What I received was hardly what was pictured. I received 3 old looking pink roses, 2 smaller red roses and 3 baby yellow roses. I called Customer Service to complain and she mentioned the recipe to used for the flowers was incorrect based on the color of flower used (yellow) but that I got one extra one. She could only offer another 10% discount. So on the website, they had a 20% off sale, so if I had ordered this morning, I would have paid the same. This was the third time I used fromyouflowers.com with the first and second orders seemed to go just fine. But what a horrific experience this has been and I will never use them again. Thank god, my original order came with free delivery coupon.

I was disappointed with the size and look of the arrangement. It was tiny and looked nothing like the picture.
There was a problem with delivery so they didn't show up until next day.
I ordered the same arrangement for delivery to two places. One in Erie, PA and one in Pittsburgh, PA. I loved the Erie bouquet but not the Pittsburgh bouquet! The irises were snot even open! I would love to send a photo of each, but do not know how to do that! I'm very disappointed with the Pittsburgh delivery!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
