The order showed up a day late, I tried to contact the company about no delivery took over 3 hours, then got an email blaming UPS. Order was delivered next day. Left on the porch in temps below 30 degrees 1/2 the roses lost most of the petals. Been trying to contact company for over 4 hours and 3 emails

Ordered the Best Value, which the picture had roses and other flowers. Come to find out that the photo is not what my wife was getting, it was up to the florist what to send, this picture is very misleading. This will be the last time I will purchase from you. Big rip off.

I placed an order for some Valentine flowers to be delivered same day yesterday 02/10/2016. I have used your site several times and received stellar service and quality. I have not used any other flower service since finding your site.
I am sorry to say I did not receive that level of service this time around. My special someone did not get what I ordered. When I seen the flowers I was so dissatisfied. I am not sure if it was a result of the local florist in Midland Texas you used or what but she did not get the quality of what I ordered by any means. The most frustrating piece for me is she did not even get the vase that the flowers were supposed to arrive in for the sweetheart bouquet.
I understand things can happen in business but I am not satisfied with this at all. I paid for a deluxe sweetheart bouquet and did not come close to receiving that and if the vase was not available, I should have been contacted as I would have gone with a complete different bouquet.
I myself work in customer service so I wanted you to be aware of my dissatisfaction with this order. Again up until this order, I had only received the utmost quality and complete satisfaction from your site.
FALOWERS FAILED TO MAKE IT IN THE TIME I HAD ASKED FOR, SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONTACTED TO SEE IF I STILL WANTED THEM TO ARRIVE THE SAME DAY. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WE CAN'T MAKE THE TIME I REQUSED.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
