Beautiful and festive
Quality flowers, at a reasonable price.
Pricing is very misleading, to be hit with a $15 service charge at the end only after I've filled out all of my payment information. If I had seen it earlier i would be more okay with it, but instead it feels like I'm being taken advantage of, where you're counting on my inertia to choose a different service after I've input my billing info. (Which unfortunately works :/ , but at the same time leaves a bad taste in my mouth)
I didn't understand the 'handling' charges.

I ordered the bear, get well balloon, and flower for my son who lives in Colorado and had surgery! I live in Arizona! The order was delivered in a timely fashion, it was accurate, and very well done. A nice presentation! It certainly cheered him up! I would order from them again!
If nice long stemmed roses get delivered on time to the proper recipient, I'll be very happy. So far, the experience has been OK...though I was disappointed to find out about the handling fee, I was not surprised. Again, good product delivered on time...that will get my 4 or 5 star rating. Reserving that for now. B
My wife was very happy w/ the Long-Stemmed Roses that arrived for her on our 36th wedding anniversary. They arrived on time and in good condition... and a day later, they still look good. As I was making my purchase, I was disappointed to find out about the handling fee, but I was not surprised. All in all, this anniversary gift cost me about half of what my local florist was asking. I'd recommend fromyouflowers.com.
I was very disappointed with my Granddaughters graduation basket...I paid 70.66 with tax... I have always ordered from Hickory Farms, Harry and David's and even Amazon... Very disappointed especially that I ordered the larger basket. There wasn't much in the basket for the price.
Delivery fees could be lower or free...
When my grandmother received her bouquet, the flowers were damaged and looked awful. They were fallen apart. I am not satisfied at all. It really bothered me that I paid $50 for damaged flowers. The note I made for her wasn't relieved either.

While the price was wonderful and the flowers were delivered fresh and in a timely manner, the actual bouquet colactuwere not visually pleasing. The florist mixed one peach, one red, and yellow flowers together making it not visually attractive. The recipient appreciated the love behind the gesture and sent me a photo. I was disappointed.
