Just ordered. Haven't seen the product yet. It's kind of hard to answer these questions now. But, so far, so good.
The plants were very boring. I haven't ordered anything like this before, but my daughter has several succulents and most of them are colorful and pretty, these were not. But the service was good. The website easy and they were delivered on time.
The strawberries that my daughter received look nothing like what I ordered. I paid $70 for chocolate covered strawberries that is to celebrate the birth of her son and the picture that she sent me of the strawberries look nothing like what I ordered for her
My order was slight different from what was delivered, but flowers were simular.

Cake was small but delicious
Firstly they delivered it a day later. The flowers I ordered weren't send. Far away from the chosen ones. The flowers sent were far from being Fresh. They Mylar balloon chosen was something else and that sent were different. Assorted latex balloons not sent as offered on the website. Such a scam n a shame. What a waste of time money and my purpose of sending some token of love to make someone feel special was utterly lost. they did refund the money charged for the assorted balloons though. such a disappointing
experience.

These were for my sister's 65th birthday. She lives several hundred miles from the rest of the family. She lives alone and has felt some loneliness since the town is still new-not any close friends. The pandemic makes it worse. The flowers really brightened her special day! Thank you for a job well done
Didn't like the fact that one was delivered at 3:54 p.m. and the other not until 6:40 p.m. after being on trucks all day since 9 a.m
