I really don't know if she received it or not.
Its been 3 days since I placed my order and the little girls I sent flowers to is still waiting. I will never order from this place again. Every day they leave me a message to call them about the order, you have to wait 45min for someone in customer service to answer only to tell you that they will be there the next day. NEVER AGAIN. STILL NOT DELIVERED

Great for my first time orderingf flowers online. They weren't delivered on time, but they delivered late the next day and she was surprised so despite the issue it turned outw well. All of the reps I spoke with were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
They loved it! I saw a picture and it was very pretty! Happy to have a discount if I want to send them more flowers this week, my uncle passed early Friday morning do this couldn't have been any better timed delivery. Thanks!

When I went online to check my order I noticed that the arrangement I chose was on sale for $7.00 less, I would appreciate a reimbursement of $7.00. Although your arrangements are beautiful, the shipping cost is stiff and that makes the total cost of the gift quite pricey.
My experience was perfect but the flowers was a mixed bouquet that i did not request
The florist added roses when i only order lilies - the person i ordered the flowers for doesn't like roses

Arrived a day late & was charged $2.99 extra to be there the same day if ordered before 3pm. Sister was in the Hospital & did love the mug/flowers. If for any reason the Hospital delayed bringing the flowers to my sister's room(not very likely) for a day I apologize for my comments & feedback.
The funeral spray that I order was beautiful. Much more than expected. I have already told several friends of your excellent price, service and the high quality of the flowers. I could not be more pleased.
