I tried another site, this one is way better!
Quite good service/ experience except your email confirmation request was confusing because it asked me if I received my order, on time, etc., whereas I had asked that it be delivered directly to my mother who lives in the USA where as I live in England! After receiving the email request I was worried my Mother's Birthday gift was going to be sent to me not her! I sent an email to you but did not receive a satisfactory answer. My mother did, however receive it at the time and on the day I requested.
Delivered a little late than promised, a the bouquet was smaller than expected.
Everything was good - just wish the flowers had arrived a little sooner - driver was very nice - he called me to let me know no one was home and did not want to leave the flowers out because of the wind. He told me he would place them in a playhouse in the yard and I said that was fine. I would let them know where they were.

For the price it was a lot smaller then I thought it would be and it came in a cardboard box not a vase, so unless I didn't read it all correctly I feel it was not priced correctly. The flowers were very pretty though, so I'm happy my sister loved them.
The flowers were not for me, but for my sister who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. I just wanted to let her know she was loved, she sent me a picture of the flowers, they were far beyond what I expected, they were beautiful.

I ordered two of the same standing arrangements, they didn't match, they didn't have the same flowers and one was smaller than the other, I paid the same price for both. I was very disappointed in the arrangements.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
