Very very frustrating to have an item priced at 39.99 and have the final price 75. You say 2.99 for same day than then charge 14.99 for handling in addition to the shipping price... this is NOT good customer service. If I want to spend 75 I will look for flowers in that price range. When flowers are selected the price should not double at checkout!

I was ordering two baskets to go to the same place and they charged shipping twice. Then after paying I get a $10 discount for another order. Should have given me the discount on the second basket. Too much work.
The products came at the same time but each had separate shipping charges. I was charged more than listed for the size listed and received less in each than expected. Very disappointing.
