The flowers arrived, the driver called my wife and we were out walking but were able to get back in time so that the delivery person was not waiting long. They were gracious and nice and helpful. One of the roses had unfortunately snapped straight off the stem, but that's not anyone's fault. I did feel like the volume of flowers was smaller than the volume of 'filler' leaves/plants but otherwise it was a very nice bouquet.

Very user friendly. I would not hesitate to order from them again. The flowers were for my daughter-in-law after having major surgery. She and my son said the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Thanx so much.

The flowers were a gift for a friend of mine that lives out of state. She was very pleased with them. She sent me a photograph and they were exactly as pictured. Thank you for making 2 people happy at once.

I've enjoyed using this company for sending flowers for many years.

The delivery and follow up was excellent. However, I was pretty disappointed with the packaging because I thought there'd be a card and a sort of bouquet pack as displayed in the picture. Instead, it was just thrown in a shoe box and had a printed message on the front. I could have just bought the snacks at the store and made my own bouquet for much less money.

Quick & very easy. Only complaint, I ordered Tuesday night and paid for same day delivery but they didn't arrive until late Thursday morning.

There were many of the bouquets that o would have rather purchased that were not available to be sent to the location I wanted but it was good overall.

The flowers were not even close to the ones in the picture. I was hoping for a more feminine bouquet. Balloons were disappointing also. Ugly stars that looked like they were for Christmas. I thought they were regular Mylar balloons like the ones in the picture. I asked for an assortment of colors and I received 3 red, 1 green and 1 blue. Never again will I order from this site. Very sad as this was for my daughter's birthday.

A wide variety of beautiful selections very quick and easy check out and super quick delivery. Great first experience. When my friend received the flowers I sent her she Informed me there was a friendly note attached explaining to give the flowers time to open up since there was unopened flowers added in the bouquet. I thought that was a very nice touch it shows that the bouquet will last longer.

My wife loved the flowers I got bonus points.

My sister received her flowers, they were fresh and beautiful and she loved them. Very easy to do and great arrangements to choose from.

Great and easy way to order flowers.

Unfortunately the flowers that were in the picture on the from you flowers website look nothing like what was delivered. Although the flowers were pretty it was not up to par for what I ordered. I appreciate the effort to make a nice arrangement and understand that maybe they didn't have some of the flowers that were in the picture but not very pleased with what was delivered. Thank you!
