I was able to not only order the flowers easily, but also with the help of customer service I was also able to change the message on my card the day off delivery. If you want a customer friendly experience, fromyouflowers is the place to go.
Flowers were bot as bice as the picture and did not arrive on time as i scheduled. I tried to track and the tracking system was inaccurate as well

Ordered for same day delivery. Received email that night that order want delivered. They did offer to deliver the next day with an apology note to recipient, upgraded the arrangement, and they credited the same day delivery charge.

It was easy and my sister, who received them, said they were beautiful I thought the $14.99 service/handling was a bit high, since it was 1/2 the price of flowers, but it was waved and that made it well worth coming back another time.

The planter did not have the ferns I expected, but the replacement plants were over the top! The container was refined and classy. It is a terrific accent for an executive office.

It would be nice if the sender would receive an image of the actual flowers. I mean the image prior to buying gives you an idea of how they look but receiving an image of the actually flowers would be nice.

We ordered flowers for our daughter on a Thursday, when she delivered our grandson. After calling twice and being put on hold for 15 minutes each time, we were told that they couldn't find our daughter at the hospital. Even after assuring them that she was there, they finally delivered the flowers late Saturday afternoon, as she was checking out of the hospital. The flowers were mashed, not very neatly arranged and the balloons had lost their helium. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone else. Their customer service is a nightmare.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
