We ordered flowers for our daughter on a Thursday, when she delivered our grandson. After calling twice and being put on hold for 15 minutes each time, we were told that they couldn't find our daughter at the hospital. Even after assuring them that she was there, they finally delivered the flowers late Saturday afternoon, as she was checking out of the hospital. The flowers were mashed, not very neatly arranged and the balloons had lost their helium. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone else. Their customer service is a nightmare.
Never ordered from here before so I won't know my experience until they have been delivered and they arrive in good shape.

To change the order once I had entered final info - had to go all the way back and redo. Service/Handling should be mentioned sooner as well. ( on a budget)
The arrangement received did not look like the arrangement online. The roses in the vase were long stemmed where in the picture online you did not see the rose stems because they were cut shorter. The personalized vase was wonderful and worth the additional money!
The picture and the description said that the arrangement would have white tulips and the actual product had white roses. I was disappointed that the flower was incorrect.

The picture I ordered from had mostly roses the flowers recieved had very few roses and what was there were very small. I paid enough for it to be mostly roses. The color was what was shown but I'm disappointed on the flowers used in the arrangement. This seems to happen whenever you send flowers out of town Why?
Took awhile for the Australian credit card to be processed but all good now.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
