The flowers came not in water and they look half dead the roses fell apart when I went to put them in the vase and for 12 dollars more for the personal vase it was not what I expected it was just a plain glass vase with a paper insert very dissatisfied

It was a good experience until the end after I placed the order. Then this $10 coupon is offered to place a 2nd order now. I wish I would have known about the $10 off coupon on a 2nd order before I placed both of my orders on one. Wasn't please about this at all! I thought it was a little sneaky.
