The only negative feedback I have is that you have to pay a $14.99 "handling fee" which negates any sale price or discount code you use. I feel that is a little steep for an additional fee.

Paid for same day delivery but flowers were not sent until late morning next day.

Bouquet is attractive although the recipient would have liked it more if tulips were not so open and one did not have split open leaf

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and paid extra for early delivery. Since she is a teacher, she does not work the normal 8-5 job, I wanted them there early so she could enjoy them all day. She did not get them until right at 12:00 (which early delivery was before 12) and they looked nothing like the picture. However, they were pretty and she was thrilled to receive flowers.
