I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, I paid extra to have them delivered by 12 pm on 3/4/2016, they were delivered after 1pm.
I haven't seen the arrangement yet, however my daughter said it's nice.

I was very happy with the 3 ladies that helped me when my first order was NOT delivered. I am still very upset that the flower shop that delivered the first bouquet made a huge mistake. The money I spent to make my sister happy after she was having a horrible day was treated like it did not matter. I am very surprised that the flower shop just left the bouquet at the wrong office and did not ask specifc questions, like is there a Delia Garza here, and/or is this Dr. Reids office, when I specifily put down ALL that information. I am also very upset that someone by the name Monica signed for them and KEPT them, to me that is stealing and she needs to be reported to her supervisor. But fromyouflowers was sooooo helpful and really went out of the way to make it up for me. Thank you
The flowers I sent arrived half dead she said she had to actually throw a few of them away because they were dead, so it was quite disappointing and overall frustrating because the first order I sent they didn't include the extra dozen and then this order I send they are pretty much half dead.
My sister was pleased with the flowers and received them the same day. The bouquet looked a lot smaller to me than what I saw online, but I was glad that she was happy with the flowers so I'm pleased overall.

I use this website exclusively for plants and flowers as I send them to many clients that have lost their pets. I am usually very happy. But was extremely unhappy with this transaction. I paid an additional fee for same day delivery and delivery before noon as the recipient closes at 3 pm and would not be available for afternoon delivery. I called the recipient the next day and they had not received the plant. There was NO NOTE in the door. She went to the business next door and the plant had been delivered there at 3:16 in the afternoon. She would not had known about the delivery had I not called and had she not gone looking for it. Extremely unprofessional. At lease leave a note. I was reimbursed the $4.99 for the morning delivery but felt that it should have been taken a little more seriously.

I don't understand why there is expidited delivery when it is 2 days away but I need it there for a 11:00 viewing at the funeral home.
The flowers were delivered and I don't think the florist doing it even looked at the picture. There were no blue flowers in the arrangement and for a Premium arrangement there wasn't a lot of flowers. I think that you screwed me on the price for this and will never order from you again. I am most disappointed and ashamed at how it looked at the funeral

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
