The delivery of the flowers were 3 hours past what I paid for (by noon). Also, the flowers and vase looked nothing like what I saw online and paid almost $100.00. VERY DISAPPOINTING...

My order was not called in to the local florist in time for the order to go out the same day after I had paid a price upgrade for delivery within 4 hours. Also found out that the prices are cheaper at my local florist also. I will probably never recommend anyone or myself to ever use from you flowers again.
They let me know that delivery would be late, upgraded flowers, and gave recipient an apology note. Took responsibility! Great in today's market. Very pleased. Delivery a bit pricey to me, but hey, what do I know about flower delivery? I don't send flowers often.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
