The order delivery confirmation was sent via text even though the order had not been delivered. Then when I called to confirm, the associate said she would just have to ASSUME the text was accurate even thought the recipient had NOT SIGNED FOR THE FLOWERS. They eventually arrived, but were much smaller than I expected, considering they cost as much as pay for larger bouquets with my corporate account at another site. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I was ecstatic with this company whom at the last moment delivered a beautiful plant arrangement with chocolates on the same day I ordered even with a two hr pacific time difference to the dallas addressee.Who was beyond words with the surprise gift recieved.
I loved that they were here at a very decent time but I was a little upset they didn't look like they picture. They were all jammed together and not fluffed.
