I have not comments as I have not heard from the recipient. She is ill and I will wait for her to reach out to me. I assume what i ordered was delivered. I received an email at 4:34 CDT saying the flowers were delivered. That is all I know and it is presumptuous of you to send an email early morning on the day of delivery asking for feedback. I believe a better and more productive response for your use would be gained by sending out your comment survey on the day AFTER the flowers are delivered.

Disappointing that so many products that I wanted were unavailable when I wanted them. I will have to shop elsewhere to meet those needs. I was very disappointed in the product I did receive. The flowers were delivered on my front doorstep in the direct sun on a 90 degree day. The flowers lack any scent. The vase is too small to accommodate the two dozen roses that I ordered without forcing the flowers in and crowding them. A larger vase would have better met my needs. I had to split the bouquet into 2 vases. Only 1 package of flower preservation was included so I had to divide that between the 2 vases. I could, and apparently should, have bought the flowers locally and put the package together my self. The workload would have been about the same and the cost would have been about 25% of what I paid you. I will do that he next time unless I can find a far superior vendor locally.
