Great flowers last two times I ordered, don't expect any less this time.
When my partner received these flowers, they came in a box and she had to cut all the stems and arrange the flowers herself. At no point was I aware that I was buying a DIY flower kit, and was expecting for her to receive them as an arrangement as it looked on the website. I was very disappointed and it was not the anniversary gift I was hoping to give her. The last two lots of flower I bought here came as a very lovely arrangement and this shouldn't have been any different. Also I did not realize the vase would be just a normal glass vase with decorative paper inside it. That's not a big deal but it would have been nice to know at the time of purchasing it as she already would have had a vase to put them in, and I wouldn't have spent an extra $12.99 for a piece of paper.
I also don't really think a $14.99 "service" charge was fair as there clearly was no service. It was just flowers sent in a box.
Overall very disappointing experience.
Big selection of flowers and less fees than the other flower delivery sites. Was disappointed in the delivered product. It was less colorful and full than the picture of what I was buying. I know sometimes substitutions are necessary but after reading other reviews I was expecting a better product. I'd rather pay more to get a product that looks like what I'm buying.

I never received a confirmation that the arrangement was delivered on the 4th of March. I had to contact the family to see if it was delivered. I am not happy about that. I was extremely happy with the professional service until this last order.

The premium version was chosen of the selected grouping. Mom just texted us a photo of the delivery and we are very disappointed. The arrangement delivered seems woefully lacking for "premium". A bow was included that seems bigger than the flowers and was not part of the item we ordered.
I'll just leave it at that for now. I'm looking for a refund.
I like to see the delivery charges right away instead of at the end. I had a hard time going back to make changes once I had my complete order with delivery charge calculated. When the flowers arrived the card was printed out strange. There was a w on the end of one line and ay on the next line to spell way. The colors of the arrangement were not like the colors on the picture.
