I went on this site because I needed the discount and after carefully selecting something in my budget get to checkout to see the 'handling fee' is greater than the discount I sincerely hope the arrangement looks as pretty when it is delivered

The $15 handling charge is enough to ensure I do not use you again. Had you been up front about it it would have been fine but that was only revealed after I had completed payment through paypal. Flwers themselves and delivery were fine.
