The delivery rebate seems like a scam. I did not get the 20% discount offered although I'm already receiving the marketing emails from submitting my email address. Both the discount and the delivery rebate were way too complicated. The flowers were delivered around 7 pm in spite of the $14.99 delivery fee. The arrangement was smaller than promoted. According to the site I was boosted up to the mid-szie arrangement, but the arrangement my daughter-in-law received was the small arrangement.
The only issue I've had is that the deliveries I've ordered have arrived so late in the day... I hate hate hate it!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
