Frustrating experience with your website, twice lost my order. And the discount offer for Google users was no where on payment form.
Flowers were delivered in a timely manner but i would love a photo or snap shot of what was received. Easy to do! Hard to send flowers from coast to coast. This would be a good customer satisfaction tool and reason to use same company.

The flowers were for my mother's 81st birthday not that anyone cares. I paid for expedited delivery $4.95, to arrive before 12:00 noon. She received the flowers between 5 and 6:00pm. I placed the order on the 7th and they were to be delivered by 8th. As a business owner it would be nice to have a florist that's dependable. However, it is very apparent that fromyouflowers will not be that florist. Refunding $4.95 in no way compensates for the disappointment. I will post create a post so others will not be disappointed
