The shopping experience has been great. The product was prettier than the picture. It came by 10:30 A.M. which was perfect. The flowers were wrapped in a box with the vase I had chosen. All I had to do was take the paper off the roses and add water to the case. Overall I am very happy with the rainbow roses. I thought the flowers would come from a local flower shop, but being shipped turned out very well. I would definitely order from here again.
The bouquet is different from anything else I have seen. It's beautiful and didn't have to pick anyone's favorite color because it is all of the colors! PERFECT!... for the occasion.

I received these from my son Jeremy & Sunny, for Mothers Day. Unfortunately the delivery person left them outside in the heat for 2 hours, before I noticed them downstairs. They did not last very long...
But, I thought I would give it another try for a friends birthday and they are spectacular!

I have used your site before and the recipient loved them. She worked with a florist and remarked how she had never seen such a lovely arrangement.
It would be best to know the handling fees PRIOR to checkout
I requested same day delivery, which you know included an additional fee, but that to me meant a guarantee that it would be delivered as requested. To make sure if there was a glitch in locating the house, etc., I included the receivers cell# as well as mine. The purpose of the plant was for my sister (the receiver) to take it with her to a funeral service the NEXT day, Friday. I notified the recipient to expect it the same day. She, a disabled individual, made sure to be in place whenever it arrived. By 9:00 PM, she notified me that the plant had not been delivered! I called customer service twice that night (records will show) to inquire after checking the status of the delivery on line. First and foremost, each and every time I spoke with a representative of from you flowers, I was totally PLEASED. Care and concern was always exhibited to my cause. I was told by the wonderful individual that per the florist, an attempt had been made to deliver around 3:30 PM that day, mind you, with NO CALL to either number, which could have been left anyway due to the "No contact delivery" I had specified! I said to the Rep that my sister was at home, waiting for either a delivery or a call. I also told them my number was also included to try and avoid the very thing we were now experiencing, but no call was made to either of us. I am a proponent of Pre-Arrangement, just in case.
I felt confident in your services because of what I saw on your web page, but the problem was the florist employee (s) obviously. I lived in that area for most of my life, and if I may make a suggestion to you that may help you as a business, with and for future clients.
We live in an ugly world of people with pre-conceived prejudices and a great sense of "lovelessness" for others. It may make a big difference if you were to ask this one simple question before engaging in a business relationship with a florist, that especially in this case, has shown and failed to meet your high standard.
Ask them about certain zip codes, or let them check off a list of preferred area codes. Let them tell you what zip codes they "prefer" not to travel or go into to do business by NOT checking off that zip code.
This, to me was a classic case of "Do not care." I called "from you flowers" again early (6:42 AM) the next day, the next expected day of delivery, to inform them of the urgent need to get the plant before 10 AM. The funeral service was to be held at 11:00 AM, so this would allow it, hopefully, to reach my sister before her departure. The Rep said she would forward all the information I had given to her to the florist. I felt again, with all confidence that they would do what they said they would do. Around 9:00 AM, I received a call from "from you flowers" as a follow up to see if I had heard from the florist. My reply of course was I had not. I expressed also to the Rep at that time, that where the plant was to be delivered was already 10 AM, the needed time of delivery. Shortly my sister texted me to inform me that it had not arrived nor had she received a call. The end result was this: It was AFTER 12 noon when the plant arrived to my sisters, after the service was over.
My sister sent a picture to me of it, and I must say it was beautiful. But it was not for me or for my family. It was for the deceased family and their guests.
Do not allow others you are connected to, to bring ugly to your hard earned name and reputation. This florist PROVED they are not into good customer service!

These flowers were to my neighbor and they looked nothing like what I ordered it was cheesier then the cheap grocery store flowers like the 4 dollar kind. I am so upset it's stupid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
