I needed the gift deliverd the day i ordered it.Had plenty of time to do so.The ad said with in 4hrs guaranteed.They did send a appolige for this not happening & took the delivery charge off my bill,but will see if that happened.This was a special time for someone & lucky for me,the flowers were delivered today 5mins before deadline.Need to change your guaranty for the 4hr thing.On a good note: The flowers,teddy bear & chocolates Were a hit & BEAUTIFUL..
Time consuming but manageable. I recieved the notification of delivery and shortly thereafter we recieved a call from the new 87-yearold person to whom the basket of candy was sent. She way overjoyed with the gift (one could 'feel' the tears welling in her eyes) and stated the birthday baloon, the nice basket dcorated with a multicolored ribbon, and the nice selection of candy along with our attached card transferred a feeling of being loved and missed. I would recommed that a basket of only candy bars be offered, as many older folk aren't into skittles. Etc.
I had to reenter discount code 5 times before the discount showed up at the end. Called customer service to help and she either didn't understand me or thought I was an idiot, but was polite even though not helpful. It finally just worked on it's own.
I wish the "$14 service fee" would appear sooner so I could have a better idea of how to budget.
There were no little pink roses in my order and there were pink carnations, not asters. I think there were 3 roses in the regular/small bouquet. Recipient said the quality looked nice, but the bouquet was half the size I expected for my cost. I know there is a convenience of ordering online, but I would have paid $12 locally to grab these at the grocery, for what cost me $58 to send to another state.
Hate when a company isn't transparent. Wiki gets you one price, free shipping another, tax, no tax. Just be upfront. I would order from you then.
Unfortunately, it got there after the funeral around 2:30 p.m. so disappointed in that. I thought it would be delivered in the morning not the afternoon.

A couple of the yellow roses were starting to brown on the edges, wrong balloon attached, it said way to go instead of the graduation one I ordered... Otherwise, it is a beautiful bouquet. My daughter loved it.
My sister in law was very pleased and surprised. She said they were very pretty. I wish the person who created the arrangement could send a picture. I like to see what I sent. I know you show a picture of what I ordered but do I really receive that?

Great selections. The flowers were adorable!
The shopping experience has been great. The product was prettier than the picture. It came by 10:30 A.M. which was perfect. The flowers were wrapped in a box with the vase I had chosen. All I had to do was take the paper off the roses and add water to the case. Overall I am very happy with the rainbow roses. I thought the flowers would come from a local flower shop, but being shipped turned out very well. I would definitely order from here again.
The bouquet is different from anything else I have seen. It's beautiful and didn't have to pick anyone's favorite color because it is all of the colors! PERFECT!... for the occasion.

I received these from my son Jeremy & Sunny, for Mothers Day. Unfortunately the delivery person left them outside in the heat for 2 hours, before I noticed them downstairs. They did not last very long...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
